This holiday season, CPH is raising money to support the work of some great organizations who are helping families in need. And this is your opportunity to LEARN more about them!
Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless exists to eliminate the root causes of homelessness while loving our diverse community through organizing, advocacy, education and street outreach. For more info, visit: neoch.org.
The Cleveland Metropolitan School District's Project ACT provides direct instructional and support services to children and youth residing in temporary emergency shelters, transitional housing, and doubled-up students staying with other families due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or similar situations.
