How to Order Group Tickets
Choose a Performance
Determine the play(s) you would like to see, pick a date and time, and estimate the number of tickets you would like to reserve. Keep in mind that price varies by day of the week. See what's playing!
Contact the Group Sales Office
Call the group sales office at (216) 400-7027 or contact Cosandra Wheeler to place your reservation. At this point, our office will block your quantity of seats in our system and a contract will be sent to you or the indicated contact person. This contract will outline the deposit options and amounts, payment dates, and terms and conditions (see policies).
Sign and Send the Contract
Once your group receives the contract, the group leader must sign the contract and mail it back by the indicated due date with any applicable deposits.
Final Headcount and Payment
You may change the number of people in your group up until three weeks prior to your performance date. Final count and payment are due at this time.
