The loading dock is located on East 86th Street between Carnegie and Euclid Avenues. The height of the outside door to the loading dock is 13'3". The distance from the outside door to dock is 38'0". The height of the dock is 3'6". The inside dock door is 8'0"h x 8'0"w.

There is street level access from East 86th Street. The door is 8'8"h x 7'4"w.

For the Bolton theatre there is street level access from the main parking lot. The doors are 6'9"h x 4'7"w.

We normally do not provide ramps. We have a small dock plate for use on the loading dock.

Our prop and costume shops are on separate floors and are accessible from two freight elevators located on the loading dock.
