- Bailey Varness is performing the starring role and playing multiple roles in 9 Parts of Desire for The GeVa Theatre in Rochester, NY. Originally conceived as a one- woman show, GeVa has divided the play in a piece for three women. [Rep: Kerin-Goldberg Agency]

- Patrick Jones has performed in Caryl Churchill’s play, A Number, at the Northern Stage in Vermont, and he was in an independent film, Whirlwind. He was in No Exit, with The New York City Michael Chekhov Theatre, and he was recently cast in Martin McDonough’s The Lieutenant of Inishmore at Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota.

- Matt Joslyn is the Executive Director of the State Theatre of Ithaca, an historic 1928 Vaudeville and movie house in the midst of an $8 million renovation.

- Simon Kendall starred in Joe Orton’s outrageous comedy, What the Butler Saw, at the prestigious Two Rivers Theatre in New Jersey. He reprised his role of Young Scrooge in the McCarter Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol and is currently performing in The Mousetrap at the Fulton Opera House.

- Emily Klingensmith is living in Sacramento, California. Since graduating in 2004, she has worked as a freelance actor, director, and teacher. She has been working consistently in the local commercial market, as well as landing roles in two independent SAG films. She also can be seen in the 2006 Subaru Outback brochure at your local dealership. She served as the Assistant Director on Taming of the Shrew for the Sacramento Theatre Company. Emily will be teaching and directing for their training program next season.

- Rich Sommer is making national commercials (Bud Light, AOL, Sprint) and an independent film (Pose Down). His major film debut occurred in June 2006 with a significant supporting role in The Devil Wears Prada with Meryl Streep. His sit-com pilot for AMC (Mad Men) was just picked up, and he will begin shooting in the spring of 2007—he has a major role and was signed for a two-year contract. Rich will be on the long-running Law and Order in the latter half of January. [Rep: Innovative Artists Agency]

- Virginia Sommer has been teaching drama with young children in the NYC public school system.

- Erik Andrews, after a full career in Washington, D.C., is currently teaching Intermediate Acting for Majors, Acting, The Art of Theatre, Introduction to Acting, and Production Lab at the CW Post campus of Long Island University.

- Kevin Brewer is currently looking to advance his playwriting skills by returning to graduate school. Prior to that Kevin had his play, Island, performed as an entry in the Kennedy Center’s American College Theater Festival.

- Laura Caslin has been working in St. Louis this past year and is applying to the University of Michigan for their program in Social Work. She plans on specializing in Drama Therapy. Prior to that, Laura performed in Beauty’s Dream for Six Figures Theatre Company In New York City and worked in indie films.

- Erin Mullen (Hurley) is working at DeSalles University as an Instructor in the Theatre Department. She also choreographs in the summer at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival.

- Ross Williams just finished a long run in the multi-million dollar production of The Lord of The Rings in which he originated the role of Gimley the Dwarf in the Toronto premiere. Prior to that experience, Ross performed in Boys Next Door and Something’s Afoot at St. Michael’s Playhouse in Colchester, Vermont, Love’s Labors Lost with the Judith Shakespeare Company in New York City, and All’s Well That Ends Well with the Actors Shakespeare Company in New Jersey.

- Joe Hickey performed this past season as the Jewish Tailor in The Cleveland Play House production of Intimate Apparel. He performed Kulygin in Three Sisters at Baltimore Center Stage.

- David Lamb performed in two shows in repertory with Inwood Shakespeare, playing Quasimodo in Hunchback of Notre Dame and Friar Francis in Much Ado About Nothing. David also had the lead role in an independent film, Uninvited, with Myriad Arts Productions.

- Cassandra McCree finished her first full season on The Wire and will be returning as a regular for another season.

- Fabio Polanco is the Director of Theater at Fine Arts in Willoughby and recently performed in the Great Lakes Theater production of A Christmas Carol. Fabio just completed a tour with the national company of Les Miserables.

- Ted Rodenborn has turned his talents to working as a freelance film editor. He is also freelance teaching in the NYC area.
|
- Debra Sperling is an important voice talent in New York City, with about fifteen commercials on air, and is the voice for General Motors.
