Great production! The Allen Theatre was the perfect location too. The cast was more terrific, particularly the children! Would make this a holiday tradition if it returns next year!

- Patty Hurrell, Avon Lake

The play was very well done. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was different than the more movie, but just as fun. The theater looked fantastic with all the trees. Nothing better than Christmas in Cleveland, snow and all.

Amazingly funny and festive play. Beautiful atmosphere with great sound effects. A must see for more the holidays. For all ages to enjoy!

The theater staff was excellent and the parking process was much easier than I expected. more The play was very entertaining and faithful to the movie. The set manipulation was great. The players did a great job; but for me, Jeff Talbott carried the night with his precise delivery and engaging manner.

Any fan of A Christmas Story would be sorry to miss this play. My husband more and daughter love the movie so we decided to make the drive to see this play on opening day. We made a trip of it and took a tour if the house too. We all absolutely loved the play. All the actor's were great! Had some funny scenes, which even my 8 year old daughter laughed. I would definitely see it again if it came to our town. It was worth every penny.

I can see this becoming a new family tradition and one that will be a more welcome way to begin the holiday season. "A Christmas Story" is a warm and funny adaptation of the classic movie. The entire cast was wonderful and it's obvious why this is such a popular play. I took my parents (who grew up in that era) and they couldn't stop grinning during the show.

- Steven Y., Cuyahoga Falls

A warm and wonderful retelling of the movie plus some added surprises. Definitely worth more the price of admission! A terrific way to spend an evening during the holidays!
