- 1) Determine the play(s) you would like to see, pick a date and time, and estimate the number of tickets you would like to reserve. Keep in mind that price varies by day of the week. See what's playing!
- 2) Contact the group sales office at (216) 795-7000 x235 or at lcraig@clevelandplayhouse.com to place your reservation. At this point, our office will block your quantity of seats in our system and a contract will be sent to you or the indicated contact person. This contract will outline the deposit options and amounts, payment dates, and terms and conditions (see policies).
- 3)Once your group receives the contract, the group leader must sign the contract and mail it back by the indicated due date with any applicable deposits.
- 4)You may change the number of people in your group up until three weeks prior to your performance date. Final count and payment are due at this time.
