Ron Wilson
Director, CWRU/CPH MFA Program
Director of the CWRU/CPH MFA Acting Program and Chair of Case Western Reserve University’s Department of Theater. For the MFA Acting Program, audiences have seen his directorial work in In Arabia We’d All Be Kings, Cloud 9, Arcadia, Little Foxes, Hurlyburly, and Bus Stop. Some directing credits outside of Cleveland include: Comedy of Errors at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, The Triumph of Love at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, and the world premiere of Comp at Boston’s Playwright’s Stage. He has also directed numerous musicals and operas. As a Playwright his play The Last Days of Route 66 was featured in The Next Stage Festival of New Plays at CPH, and, in 1989, the play was produced at the Hannah Theater by the Cleveland Actors' Theater Company. His plays have been seen at various regional theaters, summer stock, and university theatres across the country. He also serves as Resident Fight Choreographer for Cleveland Play House and has staged and coached hand-to-hand fights, sword fights, waltzes, period style work, salsa dances, and lizard movement in such productions as A Streetcar Named Desire, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Bright Ideas, I Hate Hamlet, Frank Langellaís Cyrano, and most recently The Game’s Afoot (Or Holmes for the Holidays). As an actor, he has been seen in CPH productions of Room Service, The Underpants, The Guardsman, and Infinite Regress of Human Vanity. Ron is a member of Actors' Equity Association, Dramatists Guild of America, and the Society of Stage Director & Choreographers.

Donald Carrier
Associate Director, CWRU/CPH MFA Program
Mr. Carrier has worked in theatre and film across North America. He most recently completed a second season at the Old Globe Shakespeare Festival headed by renowned director Adrian Noble, where he appeared in Amadeus, The Tempest, and Much Ado About Nothing. Donald spent nine seasons at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival playing leading roles in As You Like It, The Importance of Being Earnest, Twelfth Night, The Merchant of Venice and Measure for Measure among many others. Other favorite credits include The Duchess of Malfi at the Shakespeare Theatre in DC, Shining City at the Studio Theatre, Gross Indecency at the Huntington Theatre, Too True to be Good at the Shaw Festival and The School for Scandal at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. He has performed at the Intiman Theatre, the Wilma Theatre, The Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre and TheatreWorks in recent years. His many film and TV credits include Guns, Twice in a Lifetime, The Passion Of Ayn Rand, Hollywood Off-Ramp, The Wives of Windsor, Ready or Not, Dead By Monday, Earth: Final Conflict and Traders. Donald recently directed The Two Gentlemen of Verona at Notre Dame University. Selected directing credits include Twelfth Night and Les Belles Soeurs at Colorado College; As You Like It for Tempest Theatre; Alms for Horizontal Eight Theatre; Transmission for The Inner Stage and Once Removed for Death and Taxes. He was also assistant Director for Cyrano de Bergerac at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Associate Director for Ha’Penny Bridge for Masstock Productions.
